1. What Bomodos Is

Bomodos is application assistance software that helps you fill out and submit job applications. The desktop agent runs locally on your computer, using your credentials, at your direction. We do not access any third-party platform independently or on your behalf from our servers.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for compliance with the terms of service of any third-party platform (such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or SmartRecruiters) accessed through our tool. You acknowledge that some platforms may prohibit the use of automated tools and that using Bomodos on those platforms is at your own risk.

3. How It Works

Bomodos operates a browser automation agent on your local machine. It uses your personal credentials, your IP address, and your browser to interact with job application platforms. The agent mimics human interaction patterns including realistic typing speeds and mouse movement. Applications are submitted at a throttled rate to respect platform limits.

4. Credentials and Security

Any ATS passwords you provide are stored exclusively on your local machine. They are never transmitted to, stored on, or accessible by Bomodos's servers. Your profile data (name, education, work history) is stored securely in our cloud database to sync across devices.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Bomodos does not guarantee that applications will be submitted successfully, that you will receive interviews or job offers, or that your accounts on third-party platforms will remain in good standing. Application forms vary by employer and may change without notice.

6. Service Provided As-Is

Bomodos is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every employer's application system.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bomodos, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, including any disputes with third-party platforms whose terms you may have violated by using automated tools.

8. Subscription and Billing

Bomodos is offered as a monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Bomodos after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
